(SFO) Full-Time Lead Dispatcher

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Make independent decisions on employee work assignments and locations based on operational needs. * Direct employee work assignments in a professional and courteous manner. * When operationally necessary, give ‘’direct order” to agents refusing an assignment while maintaining professionalism and remaining calm. * Promptly receive and respond to telephone and radio calls in a professional and timely manner. * Complete daily reporting thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner. * Project a positive image while responding openly, honestly, and timely to inquires in a courteous manner. * Perform other duties as required. * Ability to be flexible and work schedules that span a 24/7 operation including weekends, holidays and work overtime as needed.
