As a dispatcher, you are responsible for planning and coordinating vehicle pick-ups at our client locations. **What you're responsible for:** * Planning and organizing driver schedules * Confirming pickup details and vehicle status * Checking towing availability and offering customers a timeslot * Completing order forms and other transactional documents * Answering internal customer calls and relaying detailed and accurate information to drivers * Working collaboratively with internal partners including Call Center Agents, Branch Managers, Buyers, and Drivers ## Qualifications **To join our team:** * You are bilingual in French and English (required) * You are a strong communicator * You have previous work experience in customer service * You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
