The Bartender reports to the Bar Manager. **As Bartender - Blanc de Noirs, you will be responsible for the following duties:** * Set up the daily bar counter and ensure all condiments needed for food service during the day * Meet and greet guest in a professional manner * Serve all food and beverage items to guests during servicing hours with a helpful and professional attitude * Polish all silverware and glassware after cleaned by the machine * Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the restaurant * Perform any other reasonable duties as required by your department head from time to time **As Bartender - Blanc de Noirs, we expect from you:** * With relevant experience in Hotel/F&B industry * Extensive understanding of wine, beer, and spirits * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Good command in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese communication * Passionate in customer service and hospitality industry **Our commitment to you** * Learning & Development.
