Terms.

Draft of October 7, 2026, not yet in effect. This text has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. The governing law section is incomplete until the operating company is registered.

These terms are the agreement between you and TrustyApply for the done-for-you job application service described on this site. Please read them. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. What the service is

TrustyApply prepares and submits job applications on your behalf, under your real name and with your real resume, on company career pages. You give us a resume, your answers and your preferences. We find roles that match and fill in each application automatically from what you gave us. No one on our team reads an application before it is sent. Recruiter replies arrive in a relay inbox we run for you and are forwarded to your personal email.

We apply through supported company career pages. We cannot submit applications to Google or Amazon. We do not use LinkedIn, Easy Apply, or any job board account that belongs to you. We do not ask for your personal email or job board passwords.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the country where the roles you target are located. The service is offered for roles in the United States and Canada.

You can sign in with your email and password or request an email sign-in link. Google sign-in is also available when shown on the login page. Keep your sign-in details secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you until you tell us otherwise at hello@trustyapply.com.

3. Your resume, your answers, your authorization

Everything we submit comes from what you give us: your resume, your target roles, locations, salary floor, deal breakers, blocklist, and any answers you provide to screening questions. You confirm that this information is accurate, that it is yours, and that you have the right to share it.

You are responsible for the applications sent in your name. Applications are filled in automatically and are not checked by a person before they are sent. You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume and answers, for keeping them up to date, and for the content of every application submitted from them, including in Autopilot. If you want to read each application first, use Review mode. Tell us at once if you find a mistake so we can stop further applications that use it.

By using the service you authorize TrustyApply to act as your agent for the limited purpose of submitting applications to employers on your behalf, either ones you approve in Review mode or ones sent automatically in Autopilot. Applications are always submitted in your name. We never present ourselves as you in any other setting.

You keep ownership of your materials. You give us permission to store, process, and reproduce them only as needed to run the service for you.

4. The relay inbox

When you start using the service we create a dedicated email address for you on a neutral domain we control; the exact address is shown to you when setup completes. This is your relay inbox. Applications are submitted using that address as the contact email. Because of this, employers and their systems will send confirmations, questions, assessments, interview requests, and rejections to the relay inbox rather than to your personal email.

You agree that TrustyApply may receive, store, read, classify, and forward messages that arrive in your relay inbox. We forward each message to the personal email address you gave us, with a short summary and the original sender set as the reply address, so you can answer from your own email. We do not send anything from your relay inbox other than the applications themselves.

The relay inbox stays active while the service is handling your applications and replies. You can ask us to retire the address earlier at any time.

5. Review mode, Autopilot, and pausing

In Review mode, each matched role waits in your queue with its filled-in answers until you approve it. Nothing is sent until you say so. In Autopilot, applications are sent automatically, without waiting for your approval and without a person on our team checking them.

You can pause the service or switch modes from your settings at any time. While paused, no new applications are sent. Replies to applications already sent continue to be forwarded.

6. Payment

There is no subscription. You pay $25 once, when you join. The regular price is $50; the $25 price is a 50% discount open to everyone while it is shown on our pricing page. The price shown when you pay is the price you are charged.

Payment is taken when you join, before any application is sent. Payment is handled by Stripe; we do not see or store your card number.

After you pay, we keep applying until you pause, close your account, or tell us you have accepted a job. There are no further fees.

We pace applications through real career-page forms. The pace depends on how many matching roles exist for your preferences. We do not promise a specific number of applications per day.

7. The 90-day guarantee and refunds

If no employer asks you to interview within 90 days, you can ask for your money back and we will refund the full $25, as long as the conditions below are met.

An interview request means any message or call from an employer or its representative asking you to a call, a phone screen, a meeting, or an interview for a role we applied to. Automated confirmations and assessments alone do not count. A request that reaches you outside the relay inbox still counts, and you must tell us about it.

  • The 90 days start on the day your first application is sent. Days while the service is paused are added to the 90.
  • We must have sent at least 250 applications for you in that time. If we sent fewer because we could not find enough roles that match your preferences, the guarantee still applies; if we sent fewer because you paused, narrowed your search, or left applications waiting for approval in Review mode, it does not. In Review mode, only applications you approved count toward the 250.
  • You finished the first intake with true information, and your account is still open.
  • You ask by email to hello@trustyapply.com from the address on your account within 30 days after the 90 days end, and confirm in writing that you received no interview request.
  • One guarantee refund is available per person.
  • The guarantee does not apply if we closed your account because you broke section 8 of these terms, or if the payment was disputed or charged back.

A person on our team reviews each refund request, and we send approved refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days. When we refund you, the service ends: we stop sending new applications. Replies to applications already sent are still forwarded to you.

The guarantee is a promise to refund you. It is not a promise of a job, an interview, or a response from any employer. Employers decide whom they contact and whom they hire.

If a charge is made in error, contact support and we will look into it. Any refund required by law remains available.

8. What you agree not to do

You agree not to use TrustyApply to:

  • Submit a resume, credentials, work history, or answers that are false or that belong to someone else.
  • Apply for roles you are not legally eligible to hold, or misstate your work authorization.
  • Impersonate another person or create an account for someone without their permission.
  • Interfere with the service, probe its systems, or try to access other users' data.
  • Use the service for anything unlawful or for any purpose other than seeking employment for yourself.

If we believe an application would be inaccurate, misleading, unsafe, or unlawful, we will not send it, and we may pause or close your account.

9. What we do not do

We do not use LinkedIn or Easy Apply bots. We do not ask for your personal email or job board passwords, or access your personal inbox. We do not solve captchas. We do not send cold emails to recruiters. We do not invent answers to screening questions; where a question cannot be answered from your materials, we ask you or skip that application.

We do not promise you a job, an interview, or a response from any employer. Employers decide whom they contact. The 90-day guarantee in section 7 is a refund if no interview request arrives.

10. Employers and other third parties

The employers you apply to, and the career-page systems they use, are not part of TrustyApply. Their handling of your application and your data is governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We share with an employer only what is needed to submit the application you approved: your resume, contact details, and your answers.

We rely on service providers to run the service, including Stripe for payments and an email provider for the relay inbox and forwarding. They process your data on our instructions.

11. Privacy

Our privacy notice explains what we store, for how long, and how to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. It is part of these terms.

12. Ending the service

You can delete your account from your settings at any time. When you do, we stop sending applications, retire your relay inbox, and delete your resume, preferences, and messages within 30 days, keeping only what we must keep for payment records and legal reasons.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the service. Any payment already made is handled according to applicable law.

13. Disclaimers and limits on our liability

The service is provided as described on this site and in these terms. Beyond that, we make no other promises about it, including about the number of matching roles, how fast applications go out, or how employers respond. Career-page forms change without notice, and some applications will fail or be skipped as a result.

To the extent the law allows, TrustyApply is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost income, or lost opportunities arising from the service, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change matters to you, for example to pricing or how the relay inbox works, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.

15. Governing law and disputes

If something goes wrong, write to us first at hello@trustyapply.com and we will try to sort it out within 30 days. The law that governs these terms, and the courts that hear any dispute, will be those of the place where the operating company is registered. That place will be named here when the company is registered; until then this section is marked as incomplete in the notice at the top of this page.

16. Contact
